<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid stepping motor which can obtain high torque by effectively using the stacking thickness of a fixed magnetic pole, while having a structure causing no increase in cost, and which can also carry out control at a finer step. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid stepping motor comprises: a first stator core 201 having a salient pole 211; and a second stator core 202 having a salient pole 221. When viewed in the axial direction, pole teeth on a rotor core 302 and pole teeth on a rotor core 303 are displaced from each other in the circumferential direction by 1/2 pitch. Further, small teeth provided on a salient pole surface of the salient pole 211 facing the rotor core 302 and small teeth provided on a salient pole surface of the salient pole 221 facing the rotor core 303 are also displaced from each other in the circumferential direction by 1/2 pitch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
