<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of members of a game parlor. <P>SOLUTION: In a member management system 3, IC chip identification information "IDm" is read from an IC chip 81 built in a cellular phone 80 by a reader-writer 75 of a member card processor 70, and the IC chip identification information "IDm" is registered in a temporary member management table 14b as member identification information in a member management T/C 10.
