<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber laser oscillator and a fiber laser processing device which can obtain a stable laser output by performing an accurate temperature/output correction. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 22 is arranged at a position where the output fluctuation, which is caused by change in a housing temperature when a laser power supply is switched from OFF to ON, and the output fluctuation which is caused by change in an ambient temperature have the same temperature characteristics. Under this arrangement state, a value of the temperature sensor 22 is monitored, to create a temperature correction table. For example, the temperature sensor 22 is arranged at a laser medium or its periphery; an excitation semiconductor laser 11 or its periphery; or the surface of a base 19. When a laser marking device operates, the excitation semiconductor laser 11 is controlled using the temperature correction table, thereby an actual laser output approximates a target laser output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
