摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm communication continuity of a control command, and to make analysis of authentication information used for authentication difficult and reduce a processing load of a CPU at a peripheral part. <P>SOLUTION: A main control part randomly selects either an individual identification value or history data. When selecting the history data, the main control part generates authentication information including authentication data in the history data for transmission to a middle part. When selecting the individual identification value, the main control part generates authentication information including authentication data of the individual identification value for transmission to the middle part, thus switching a history generation system by a switching system. In the meanwhile, when receiving authentication information from the main control part, the middle part determines whether the authentication data of the authentication information coincide with an expectation value or middle side history data, and authenticates the main control part based on the determination result. When the authentication data coincide with an expectation value, the middle part similarly switches the history generation system by the same switching system as that of the main control part.
