The present invention relates to a drug administration apparatus for an endoscope, comprising: a tubular cannula which is inserted into a channel of an endoscope pipe so as to be retractable inside the human body; a spray unit for spraying drugs to the circumference of the affected part at the front of the cannula; and a pump unit for pumping drugs to the spray unit. The spray unit comprises: a supply portion which is formed into a tube shape to be inserted into the cannula and to which drugs are supplied; and a tubular spray portion which is extended to the supply portion using the same body, and comprises spray holes protruded toward the front of the cannula to spray drugs to the circumference of the affected part. The spray portion is a trap-type injector in which the injector is protruded toward the front of the cannula while being extended to the supply portion, and one end is inserted into the cannula while bent into a trap shape, thereby allowing the spray holes to be arranged into a trap shape around the affected part. The present invention allows a pumped drug to be injected into the affected part using a trap-type injector without pain or bleeding and allows drugs to be simultaneously injected along the circumference of the affected part. |
