The present invention relates to a nano-flavor and preparation method thereof. The nano-flavor comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of flavor, 3-10 parts of surfactant, 25-50 parts of ethanol, 7.5-20 parts of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 10.77-20.40 parts of hydrochloric acid solution and 6.5-15 parts of chitosan aqueous solution. The preparation method of the present invention comprises: uniformly mixing and emulsifying the flavor, the surfactant and the ethanol; adding the tetraethyl orthosilicate and the hydrochloric acid solution into the emulsion flavor to obtain a silicone system; stirring the silicone system for reaction; and lastly adding the chitosan aqueous solution and stirring the mixed solution to obtain the nano-flavor. The nano-flavor of the present invention has good thermal stability, long lasting fragrance, durable to washing, and uniform fragrance release, and can be prepared into flavors with various fragrances as desired to accommodate various consumer needs. The preparation process of the nano-flavor is simple, and easy to operate, with low cost and no pollution. |
