摘要 A method of determining a relationship between page response time and lost revenue. The method includes identifying a performance metric and determining a first relationship that indicates by how much changes in the value of the performance metric are attributable to changes in the value of the page response time. The method also includes determining a second relationship that indicates losses in revenue attributable to changes in the value of the performance metric. A third relationship is then determined which indicates losses in revenue attributable to changes in the value of the page response time. Optionally, a threshold lost revenue value may be used to determine a threshold page response time, which may be used to determine when corrective action should be taken to reduce page response time.
