The housing part (150) has a projection (152) for covering a through-hole (122) of an external wall component (120) and locked with a gas permeable membrane (130), where the through-hole is sealed in a gas-permeable manner by the gas permeable membrane. The projection surrounds a putting-on region (154) for placing the housing part on the external wall component. An air duct (156) connects the projection with an environment of the housing part. The air duct is formed through a recess in the putting-on region and opened in the projection.
