[Problem] To provide an interdental space cleaning tool in which the peeling off of medicine that was applied to a supported wire is prevented. [Solution] This interdental space cleaning tool is provided with the following: a pair of support pieces disposed with a specific space therebetween; a handle that connects the pair of support pieces and can be grasped by a hand; a wire that stretches between the pair of support pieces; and a medicine that is applied to the wire and that is fixed by drying. The wire has, along the longitudinal direction thereof, an application region where the medicine is applied and non-application regions, at both ends of the application region, where the medicine is not applied. The non-application regions of the wire connect to the support pieces.
