METHOD OF TREATING PARTIAL DESTRUCTION OF FEMORAL HEAD

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in treatment of femoral head destruction. Access to femoral head is performed. Radical resection of pathological nidus is carried out. Bone alloplasty of post-resection defect in subchondral parts of proximal epiphysis of femoral bone is supplemented by plasty with blood-supplied bone autograft, taken in non-free version from greater trochanter of homolateral side. Defect of joint surface of femoral bone is replaced with fragment of demineralised osteochondrous allocap.EFFECT: method ensures creation of optimal conditions, required for restoration of organotypic structure of affected part of bone, due to combination of adequate volume of tumour nidus resection and rational combination of variants of plastic replacement of post-resection defect.4 dwg
