FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to gastroenterology and pediatrics. In order to diagnose lactase insufficiency in children with chronic gastroduodenitis, seeding of feces for dysbacteriosis is performed. Such factors as eructation of swallowed air, pains in epigastric and umbilical area, abdominal distension, borborygmus, unstable stool, accompanying respiratory allergosis, during pregnancy two and more episodes of infectious diseases, retardation of physical development during the first year of child's life, frequent acute intestinal infections during the first year of life, pain in epigastric and umbilical area during palpation, microsomatotype are estimated. In seeding of feces estimated are: increased growth of hemolytic microorganisms, increased growth of opportunistic microflora, increased growth of St.Aureus. Each factor is given points. Presence of lactase insufficiency in children with chronic gastroduodenitis is diagnosed by the sum of points.EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose lactase insufficiency in children with chronic gastroduodenitis in absence of specific clinical picture of disease.2 ex, 1 tbl |
