FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cyclic UHF-treatment of rape seeds, grains of soya, lupine and feedstuffs as well as to their fungi, viruses and bacteria disinfection. The installation contains a working chamber with a loading and an unloading gateways, a decondensation device in the form of a shaft with blades placed in the chamber. A UHF-radiation source connected by means of a transmission line to the UHF-generator is placed on the working chamber surface. The working chamber and the UHF-radiation source are designed in the form of sphere. A guiding radome, having a semi-sphere shape and a charging hole with diameter d equal to 80-100 mm, simultaneously serving as a funnel for loading fodders, is installed inside the spherical working chamber under the loading gateway. The decondensation device is a pseudo-liquefaction unit placed in the lower part of the spherical working chamber. The device blades are mounted on the shaft rotating at a rate of 350-400 rpm at an angle to the horizontal plane not exceeding the angle of natural slope of the fodder being treated at a distance H equal to (1/3-1/4)R from the mounting axis to the lower part of the spherical chamber, linear rate at the shafts ends being 5-6 m/s. The clearance between the inner surface of the spherical chamber and the blades ends ? is equal to 0.4-0.6 mm. The blades ends match the inner surface of the spherical chamber. The working chamber volume load coefficient (K) is equal to 0.4-0.5.EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance fodders treatment quality.1 dwg |
