<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power supply system capable of effectively generating a power at the interruption of service by utilizing hydrogen that is obtained by electrolysis of water using an electric energy of a commercial power at a normal time where a commercial power source is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: At the supply of a commercial power source, a hydrogen gas is stored in hydrogen gas storing means 9 by performing electrolysis of water by an electrolysis device 3, and a secondary battery 15 is charged, while utilizing an electric energy of a commercial power. At the interruption of service, uninterruptible power supply from a secondary battery 15 is performed temporarily until the power supply of a fuel battery device 8 is stabilized, and thereafter, power energy is generated from the hydrogen gas stored in the hydrogen gas storing means 9 and oxygen in the air. In addition, the oxygen obtained by the electrolysis is stored in oxygen gas storing means 5 and supplied in hospital facilities by means of an oxygen gas supply line system 21. Heat generated during an operation of the fuel battery device 8 is utilized as a heat source for a hot water supply system 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
