<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage circuit of a signal processing device which can suppress power consumption by power supply stop for a short period of time and can perform initialization without causing an erroneous operation at resumption of power supply. <P>SOLUTION: While power is not being supplied to a storage circuit, a data signal stored in a volatile storage part is held in a nonvolatile storage part. The nonvolatile storage part uses a transistor whose off current is very small, thereby allowing the data signal held in a capacitative element to be held over a long period of time. Thus, the nonvolatile storage part holds a logic state even while the power supply is being stopped. The data signal held in the capacitative element during the power supply stop is set to a potential that does not cause an erroneous operation by bringing a reset circuit into conduction at the resumption of power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
