<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device capable of suitably measuring the three-dimensional shape of a measuring object even under a situation that the measuring device oscillates. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring device includes: an imaging unit 11 which acquires imaging information including image data picked up with an imaging apparatus 12; a three-dimensional shape arithmetic processing unit 23 which acquires three-dimensional coordinates of the measuring object on the basis of the imaging information; a position posture measurement unit 14 which acquires position posture information including acceleration and a posture angle of the imaging apparatus 12 in synchronization with acquisition of the imaging information; a position posture correction processing unit 17 which calculates travel and a direction of the imaging apparatus 12 to a measurement origin and variation and a direction of the posture angle on the basis of the position posture information; and an integrated arithmetic processing unit 24 which integrates a plurality of three-dimensional coordinates by performing parallel translation and rotation of the three-dimensional coordinates to be obtained by the three-dimensional shape arithmetic processing unit 23 on the basis of the travel and the direction of the imaging apparatus 12 and the variation and the direction of the posture angle acquired in synchronization with the imaging information to acquire the three-dimensional shape of the measuring object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
