<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data showing alteration of the configuration of a process together with information, associated with the alteration, such as a user who is responsible to the alteration, the time and date of the alteration, the reason, etc. <P>SOLUTION: While a first database stores first data showing a first configuration of the process, a second database stores second data showing a second configuration of the process. A configuration routine of a system is stored in a computer-readable recording medium, and also set to be executed by a processor so as to facilitate alteration of the first configuration of the process.
