<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system in which a power supply voltage of one load is not reduced to a level less than a rated voltage even when the other load at which a rush current is generated is initiated, in the case that the power supply voltage of one load is PWM-controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply system has a PWM power supply control device 3 performing PWM control of a power supply voltage to give the PWM-controlled power supply voltage second loads 4 and 5. The power supply system has: initiation means (10) initiating a first load 12 after delay by a predetermined time period from the time when receiving an initiation instruction signal for the first load 12; and means (10) transmitting a pre-initiation signal indicating that the first load 12 is before initiation to the PWM power supply control device 3 when receiving the initiation instruction signal. The PWM power supply control device 3 has determination means (3) determining whether or not the PWM control to the second loads 4 and 5 should be continued at the initiation of the first load 12 based on a stored initiation current value of the first load 12 and the detected power supply voltage value when receiving the pre-initiation signal.
