<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of securing a heat radiation property while suppressing increase in manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 has: an annular stator core 32 mounting a drive coil 33; a cylindrical case 11 holding the stator core 32 inside; and a second bearing holder 13 for rotatably supporting a rotor 40. The stator core 32 has an annular projection part 34 projecting from an opening of the cylindrical case 11. The second bearing holder 13 is attached to a front end part 34a of the annular projection part 34 of the stator core 32 to cover the annular projection part 34 from outside. Since the cylindrical case 11 is formed of an iron-based metal material, and the second bearing holder 13 is formed of an aluminum-based metal, the manufacturing cost of the motor 1 can be suppressed compared with the case that both are formed of an aluminum-based metal material. In addition, since the second bearing holder 13 covers 1/4 of the entire length of the stator core 32, the heat radiation property of the motor 1 can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
