<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which raises physical durability of a card base material and an antenna, has high reliability, and a method for manufacturing the same, and to make antenna formation costs inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 is a non-contact and contact common IC card which includes an IC chip 11 for performing radio communication with the outside by using an antenna 20, and performing contact communication with the outside by using an external contact terminal 14, and includes: a mounting substrate 12 on which the IC chip 11 is mounted, and which has substrate side connection parts 13 which are connection parts with the antenna 20 at both ends, respectively; and conductive plates 33, 34 which are electrically connected to both ends 23, 24 of the antenna 20, whose installation areas overlap with substrate corner parts 12a, 12b, 12d, 12e when the top face 2a of the IC card 1 is viewed from the normal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
