<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved touch screen electrode obtained by wet coating roll-to-roll manufacturing method that more effectively satisfies strict requirements of touch screens than those of a prior art. <P>SOLUTION: In a touch screen comprising a touch side electrode and a device side electrode, each electrode comprises an insulating substrate and exposed electrically conductive layers, the exposed electrically conductive layers are adjacent and separated by dielectric spacers, and only one layer of the exposed electrically conductive layers comprises carbon nano-tubes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
