<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device that can easily make up for a delay in an electromagnetic pickup crank shaft sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The engine control device figures out, based on an NE signal and a combustion pressure signal generated when an engine on which the crank shaft sensor 11 is actually mounted rotates, how much delay is expected in a NE signal output from an electromagnetic pickup crank shaft sensor 11, and calculates and stores a compensation angle corresponding to the delay. In this manner, the engine control device can automatically carry out the calculation and storing of the compensation angle, thus easily making up for the delay in the electromagnetic pickup crank shaft sensor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
