PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start and execute a local application in a local terminal as needed, instead of performing processing by an application on a thin client server, in a screen transfer type thin client.

SOLUTION: When a start request for a server application in a thin client server 20 is issued, the start request is notified to a local terminal 10, and an application corresponding to the start request notified to the local terminal 10 is executed by a local application in the local terminal 10.
