<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information to be provided more accurately according to a driver. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a request from a target vehicle, candidates of facilities to be provided from the position of the target vehicle are extracted, and travel information on a vehicle whose driving characteristics are the same as or similar to those of the target vehicle is referred to calculate predicted arrival times at the extracted facilities.
