<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable medical monitor calibration device capable of calibrating the image quality of a medical monitor not only in a dark environment but also in a bright environment by designing a mounted base so as to shade the light penetrating onto the front surface of the medical monitor. <P>SOLUTION: The portable medical monitor calibration device includes: the mounted base set at an upper part on the front surface of the medical monitor to cover the front surface of the monitor; at least five color sensors set in the mounted base and on a surface opposite from the monitor to measure the color value and luminance value of the monitor; a cable communication part connected to the monitor via a communication cable for the cable communication; and a controller for calculating color space using the color value and luminance value measured by the color sensors, comparing the calculated color space with a predetermined reference value, and exchanging instruction words and calibration data necessary for the calibration of the image quality of the monitor with the monitor through the cable communication part based on the result of the comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
