PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect a streak image included in image data irrespective of color of the streak.

SOLUTION: Image processing device includes: a solid image detection part 19 that performs solid image detection processing for detecting image data of a solid document and streak detection processing of the image data; a color determination part 20 that performs color/monochrome determination processing of the image data and the streak detection processing of the image data; and a streak detection part that outputs a result of streak detection when at least one of the solid image detection part 19 and the color determination part 20 detects a streak image.
