<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor element control device capable of preventing unintended conduction of a driving semiconductor element. <P>SOLUTION: A driving transistor Tr11 is connected between a pair of DC power lines 13 and 14 together with a DC motor 12 in series. A resistance element R13 is connected between the DC power line 13 and a gate terminal of the driving transistor Tr11. A series circuit comprising a capacitor C11 and an open-circuit transistor Tr14 is connected between the gate terminal of the driving transistor Tr11 and the DC power line 14. A drive control circuit 15 turns on the open-circuit transistor Tr14 when being set to a normal state, and controls a conduction state of the driving transistor Tr11 via control transistors Tr12 and Tr13. The drive control circuit 15 turned off the open-circuit transistor Tr14 when both the control transistors Tr12 and Tr13 are in an off state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
