<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oxime ether derivative which is sure in effects, can safely be used, and can be used as an active ingredient for agricultural/horticultural fungicides, and its salt, and to provide an agricultural/horticultural fungicide containing at least one of the oxime ether derivative and its salt as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The oxime ether derivative is represented by formula (I) or its salt.
