<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply gas surely into a sleeve, and to suppress generation of uneven temperature change in a mold set for molding an optical element caused by gas supply, in the mold set for molding the optical element and an apparatus for manufacturing the optical element. <P>SOLUTION: This mold set for molding an optical element includes a first mold (upper mold 11) and a second mold (lower mold 12) arranged oppositely, a cylindrical outer circumference regulating member 13 arranged in a cavity 15 between the first mold (11) and the second mold (12), and a sleeve 14 arranged on the periphery of the first mold (11) and the second mold (12), wherein a through hole 14a opened to the outside and the inside is formed on the sleeve 14, and a gas channel 14b extending in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14 is formed on at least one of the first mold (11), the second mold (12), the outer circumference regulating member 13 and the sleeve 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
