The present invention relates to a method of revoking user consent to a Minimization Driving Test (MDT) and an apparatus using the same. The method includes, if user consent to an MDT is determined to be revoked, transmitting a user consent revocation message and information about a reason of the user consent revocation to a network and stopping performing the MDT; and receiving an MDT log fetch request message or an MDT log clear instruction message from an evolved NodeB (eNB). Furthermore, when the MDT log fetch request message is received, User Equipment (UE) transmits an MDT log, stored in memory, to the eNB and clears the stored MDT log, and when the MDT log clear instruction message is received, the UE clears the stored MDT log.
