Disclosed is a method for dressing end abrasive wheels on grinding machines with a vertical spindle, in which a diamond pen is used which is mounted on a machine table and a dressing area is cooled with a liquid coolant. The invention provides for use of a bath with a plate located therein with a system of technological grooves and holes, the diamond pen is installed in the plate, height sweep of its working surface above the plate is at least , the bath is filled with the coolant, the latter is forced into the inner cavity of wheel through the system of grooves and holes in the plate by using a method of communicating vessels, and its level in the bath is above the level of working surface of the pen for the value of not less than . |
