The present invention has the objective of providing a dynamic advertising apparatus using a treble effect of an advertisement/advertising image/lighting, in which an advertisement can be advertised by being fixed in a certain position or rotated between 1° and 360°, a 1:1 customized advertising text and image can be displayed on a screen in accordance with the purpose of an advertisement stored in an advertisement storing unit, and simultaneously, the brightness intensity and colors R (red), G (green), and B (blue) of a light source means can be adjusted and emitted so as to enable an actual advertisement and advertising text to be seen more clearly, thereby improving advertising efficiency by 80% over conventional advertisements by inducing interest and curiosity among consumers through the treble effect of the actual advertisement plus the advertising image plus the R (red), G (green), and B (blue) colors, and also improving sales efficiency through advertising by enabling information on the actual advertisement to be checked through a transparent touch screen and inducing an order to be placed immediately.
