The device (1) has reciprocating piston pumps (2) connected with acoustic emission sensors (5) or fluidically connected with microphones. The acoustic emission sensors are electrically connected with an electric control (3), where acoustic intensities are recorded in the electric control. The intensities are compared with preset limit values and used in case of regulation for changing energy pulse at electromagnets (4). Energy pulse for pressure stroke of the electromagnets is minimized when measured and recorded acoustic intensities at an end of the stroke exceed the limit values. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a conveyor-and dosing device.
