The insertion tool (12) has a handle and a stop element (22), which is in engagement with a recess (32) of the anchor unit (16), where a clamping device (56) is provided for holding the anchoring unit. The clamping device has a flixible pin (40) projecting from insertion tool in direction of anchor unit. The pin is inserted into an opening (38) in the anchor unit and while insertion of the stop element in the recess the flexible pin has a laterally deflected section (52), whose restoring force causes the holding force.
