FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed device serves to grind granular material. It comprises rotary container with inner surface, system to feed material into said container, first rotation drive to rotate container about first rotational axis, and element to cause material displacement that stays in contact with granular material. Said element is fitted on second axle inclined to container rotational axis.
