<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time before resuming production without causing cost increase, when changing a work content of a robot cell. <P>SOLUTION: A method is provided for alignment of the robot cell 1 including a robot 4, a working tool T selectively detached to the wrist of the robot 4, and a tool stand 3 for retaining the working tool T in a standby mode. The method includes: executing a tool change operation for replacing the working tool T based on a preset command value; and correcting a command value in the direction of decreasing a load based on the size and orientation of the load, which is generated by the interference between the robot 4 and the working tool T during the tool change operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
