<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical system which allows an operator on site to easily change display contents by using a mobile phone or a personal computer as an input tool. <P>SOLUTION: An operation program held by a display device 1 is an operation program downloaded from an operation program database of a management server 5 to the display device 1 when the displace device 1 is in an opened state for broadcasting and already operated.
