<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver, transmitter, and radio communication method capable of utilizing non-orthogonal multiple access while suppressing a cost rise and processing delay. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station 200A comprises: a target user control signal detection part 230 receiving a control signal used for cancellation of a non-orthogonal signal by an interference canceler; and an interference user control signal detection part 240. The control signal is configured by control information including a radio resource block allocated to a non-orthogonal signal addressed to another mobile station.
