<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device and a receiving system capable of continuing an operation without corrupting a material signal by receiving the signal with another antenna even when one antenna is unable to receive the signal. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving device includes a plurality of turnable rotating receiving antennas, a plurality of first receiving units, a material switching unit for selecting and outputting any of signals output by the plurality of first receiving units, and a control unit for detecting turning angles of the rotating receiving antennas and for switching and controlling the signal output by the material switching unit according to the turning angles. If a turning angle of a rotating receiving antenna that is receiving a radio wave of a material currently being outputted by the material switching unit matches a predetermined angle before falling outside a receivable angle range, it is switched to the radio wave output of the material being received by another rotating receiving antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
