<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a value of an object coefficient as an object to be estimated even if the object coefficient changes. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a linear system coefficient estimation method of obtaining N linear sums of capacitances by driving M capacitances in parallel by N (N<M) M-dimensional vectors selected out of M linear independent M-dimensional vectors, and estimating values of the M capacitances through internal product operation between the N linear sums of capacitances and N M-dimensional vectors. One of the M M-dimensional vectors has a first vector frequency and another of the M M-dimensional vectors has a second vector frequency. One of the M M-dimensional vectors is one of the N M-dimensional vectors, and the N M-dimensional vectors are obtained by excluding another of the M-dimensional vectors having the second vector frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
