<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic module capable of achieving both of miniaturization and improvement of detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A spectroscopic module 1 includes: a body part 2 for transmitting light; a spectroscopic part for spectrally diffracting light made incident from a predetermined face of the body part 2 on the body part 2 and reflecting the diffracted light to the predetermined face side; a light detection element 4 arranged on the predetermined face and capable of detecting light spectrally diffracted and reflected by the spectroscopic part; a light shielding layer 6 having a first light passage hole 6a which is formed on the predetermined face and through which light advancing toward the spectroscopic part is passed and a second light passage hole 6b through which light advancing from the spectroscopic part toward the light detection part 4 is passed; and a light-shielding resin member 10 for fixing the light detection part 4 on the predetermined face. When viewing from a light incident direction, the resin member 10 includes a plurality of protrusion parts 15a protruded from the outer edge of the light detection element 4, and when viewing from the light incident direction, at least a part of the first light passage hole 6a is located between adjacent protrusion parts 15a, 15a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
