COMPOSITE MAGNETIC MATERIAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic material capable of increasing of the strength and improving the magnetic characteristic of a compressed powder magnetic core after heat-treatment.

SOLUTION: The composite magnetic material includes: a magnetic powder of plural different metals containing iron as a main component, a metal oxide and inorganic filler. Particles of the metal magnetic powders adhere to each other via the metal oxide. The metal oxide covers 14.4% or more and 35.5% or less of the surface area of the metal magnetic powder.
