A method for quantitative determination of mesatone in injection solution includes dilution of sample, addition of reactant and measurement of absorption. The sample is diluted with acetone, with use of color reactant – solution of bromocresol green in acetone, absorption in visible spectral area at wavelength 410 nm is measured. |
