PURPOSE: A tray for brazing a heat exchanger is provided to prevent damage to the outermost heat sink tube of a heat exchanger by forming an inclined guide part on one side of a base frame and coupling stacking plates to stacking holes of the base frame. CONSTITUTION: A tray for brazing a heat exchanger comprises a pair of base frames(110) and bottom frames(150). The base frames have coupling holes(113) arranged at regular intervals along the length of an upper vertical frame part(111), stacking holes(117) arranged at regular intervals along the length of a lower inclined frame part(115), and heat path grooves(111c) arranged between the coupling holes along the length of the vertical frame part. The bottom frames are arranged between the pair of base frames to maintain the gap of the base frames, separate a temporarily assembled heat exchanger from the top of a transfer conveyor, and are assembled along the length of the base frames through assembly grooves(151) coupled to the coupling holes of the base frames. The vertical frame part of a base frame includes an inclined guide part for guiding the outermost heat sink tube of the temporarily assembled heat exchanger and a vertical fixing part. |
