PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user of a device by adding a function relating to synchronization control which delays a broadcasting stream more than a communication stream inside the device.

SOLUTION: A broadcasting communication cooperation reception device 6 which receives a digital broadcasting program as a broadcasting stream and receives an application operating in the device from a communication network N as a communication stream comprises: composite display means 614 for performing synchronization control of synchronizing the broadcasting stream and the communication stream inside the device, and outputting them to output means 630 for presenting video and voice; delay presentation control means 740 for starting delay presentation of the broadcasting stream when acquiring the application during normal presentation of the broadcasting stream; delay time amount acquisition means 750 for acquiring the difference between time of presenting the broadcasting stream during the delay presentation and presentation time during the normal presentation as a delay time amount; and communication transmission/reception means 606 for transmitting the acquired delay time amount to a server managed by a broadcasting station.
