<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic latent image development that prevents deterioration of fluidity of developer as conveyed in an aggregated state even in a high-temperature and low-humidity environment to realize excellent fixability, and provides excellent-quality images over a long period of use, as well as an image forming apparatus, and an image forming method. <P>SOLUTION: Toner according to the present invention is toner for electrostatic charge image development containing at least a binder resin, colorant, a charge control agent, a mold release agent, and a mold release agent dispersion assistant. The toner has the glass transition temperature Tg of 50 to 70°C, and the weight average molecular weight Mw of 27,000 to 100,000.
