<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of fastening torque by mounting an airbag device on the structure member of a vehicle seat with bolts and nuts. <P>SOLUTION: The bolt 125 is erected on an inflator 120 and an opening into which the bolt 125 is inserted is formed at the inflator holding wall 111 of a cover member 110 of the vehicle seat. The bolt 125 is inserted into the opening of the cover member 110, the plate 123 is fitted to the inserted bolt 125 and fastened with the nut not illustrated to be mounted on a side frame not illustrated.
