<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately guarantee the height position of a platen. <P>SOLUTION: A platen unit includes a support member, a platen support member disposed on the support member, having an inner space, and having a first engagement part having a first abutment face, a platen disposed on the platen support member, made of a resin and having a second engagement part having a second abutment face, and a seal member disposed between the platen support member and the platen, wherein an elastic projection is formed on any one of the first engagement part and the second engagement part, and when the platen support member engages with the platen, the elastic projection is deformed and the first abutment face and the second abutment face are pressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
