A device for analysis of bio-chemical media comprises an optical unit that consists of the source of p-polarized monochromatic visible light, prism with given internal reflection with metal film working element applied to its surface, this comprises chromium film and gold film applied over it, and a system for measurement of intensity of light reflected from the working element, and device for mechanical turn of the prism with stepping motor and system for transfer of rotary motion from stepping motor to the prism.
