A universal health-rescue training means comprises one or more buoyancy chambers and tethers. On a lap belt at least two buoyancy chambers are located which are made of wound in several layers floating domestic waste of plastic film, polyethylene bags, foam, through middle layer of which a lap belt is passed. A tethered system is made in the form of connecting belts and mounting rings for fastening by a drop lip lock or two-ring fixing of belts or other fastening.
