FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for connecting stomach with duodenum or small intestine during pancreatoduodenal resection. Device for application of compression sutureless anastomosis consists of 2 connecting elements and is made from elastic polymer. One element, bushing, has circular projection from external surface and fixing tenons on working butt end. The other element is a ring with circular groove on external surface and holes on working end for bringing fixing tenons into them. Dimensions of elements are calculated in such a way that when bushing is inserted into ring and bushing tenons get into ring holes for tenons and circular projection of bushing gets into ring groove, their fixation in each other occurs.EFFECT: increase of device efficiency.2 dwg |
